Easy Access to Relevant Data
The OpenArray® Real-Time qPCR Analysis Software from BioTrove is designed to allow customers to acquire, analyze and manage Real-Time qPCR data quickly and easily.
The OpenArray NT Cycler can cycle and image up to three OpenArray plates (9000+ reactions) at one time. The Real-Time qPCR Software allows the user to:
- view amplification curves
- calculate Ct automatically
- calculate PCR efficiency based on standard curve analysis
- calculate relative and absolute gene expression
Users can also group the data files from multiple plates together into a project for more efficient data analysis. Data files for each OpenArray plate can also be moved from project to project to customize data processing. Different data sets can be combined for enhanced data manipulation or to perform data analysis at a later date. Data can be exported in formats which are compatible with many third-party and custom software packages.
