OpenArray® Real-Time qPCR System requires thermal cycling and fluorescent imaging of assays. Researchers use the OpenArray NT Cycler for both cycling and imaging.
The OpenArray NT Cycler is specially designed to image three OpenArray plates simultaneously. Results are captured on the PC controller (included). The OpenArray NT Cycler uses three filtered high-brightness LEDs to excite and a cooled CCD camera to detect. The excitation and emission wavelengths support SYBR Green I detection.
The OpenArray Real-Time qPCR Analysis software enables researchers to view amplification curves, calculate Ct measurements, perform standard curve analysis, analyze melt curves, calculate and visualize relative and absolute expression.
