OpenArray Pathways Panels, contain a bioinformatically defined selection of bench-validated qPCR assays to gene families involved in commonly studied disease states, such as cancer and cardiovascular disease, as well as cellular and physiologic pathways. Screen up to four samples against 600+ genes on a single OpenArray plate, generating the equivalent data of eight 384-well plates. It has never been easier to identify genes that are differentially expressed as a result of a particular disease, drug treatment or after miRNA and siRNA treatment.
Each plate in the OpenArray Pathways product family contains 600+ bench tested and validated assays to human, mouse or rat genes. You can perform the qPCR analyses in-house using our OpenArray NT Cycler or use one of our service laboratories. With either option, you will be able to significantly increase the number of samples analyzed while decreasing the time and cost required.
