Sample Cluster Plot

This cluster plot represents genotyping data from mouse inbred lines. The homozygous FAM data points are in blue and the homozygous VIC® data points are in red. The black data points are No Template Controls.

High Throughput with Reproducibility

The same 3072 assays were run on eight OpenArray™ plates. The 24,000+ resulting genotypes were plotted together, with data from each OpenArray™ plate shown in a different color. Each set of points overlaps the color of the set plotted previously, illustrating the reproducibility of the OpenArray™ system.
