Easy Access to Relevant Data
The OpenArray™ Real-Time qPCR Analysis Software from BioTrove is designed to allow customers to acquire, analyze and manage Real-Time qPCR data quickly and easily.
The OpenArray™ NT Cycler can cycle and image up to three OpenArray™ plates (9000+ reactions) at one time. The Real-Time qPCR Software allows the user to:
- view amplification curves
- view dissociation (melting) curves
- calculate Ct and Tm measurements automatically
- calculate PCR efficiency based on standard curve analysis
- calculate relative and absolute gene expression
Users can also group the data files from multiple plates together into a project for more efficient data analysis. Projects may contain the data from up to 9 OpenArray™ plates. Data files for each OpenArray™ plate can also be moved from project to project to customize data processing. Different data sets can be combined for enhanced data manipulation or to perform data analysis at a later date.
Data can be exported in formats which are compatible with many third-party and custom software packages.
