OpenArray™ Real-Time qPCR System requires thermal cycling and fluorescent imaging of assays. Researchers use the OpenArray™ NT Cycler for both cycling and imaging.
The OpenArray™ NT Cycler is specially designed to cycle and image three OpenArray™ plates simultaneously, enabling researchers to process over 8000 reactions in a single experiment.
Results are captured on the PC controller (included). The OpenArray™ Real-Time qPCR Analysis software enables researchers to view amplification curves, dissociation (melting) curves, calculate Ct and Tm measurements. The software also calculates PCR efficiency based on standard curve analysis, and calculates relative and absolute gene expression.
Data from many OpenArray™ plates may be combined into the same data project for analysis of many data points at once.
The OpenArray™ NT Cycler uses three filtered high-brightness LEDs to excite and a cooled CCD camera to detect. The excitation and emission wavelengths support SYBR Green I detection.
